Fitness World West has an aerobic and group fitness program perfect for you.
The three group exercise areas guarantee a safe and positive atmosphere with lots of natural light, great music and floating
wood floors. Numerous cross-training activities are included to give you variety and keep you motivated.
Providing over 50 classes weekly means there is a group exercise class
for individuals at every fitness level, from those just beginning to the seasoned veteran. Fitness World West provides a positive and successful workout each and every time you attend a class.
This class will help to improve range of motion and strength.
H20 WORKOUT
A great high intensity,
low impact workout in the water! Not only is it a great cardio workout, but it also will tone all areas of your body.
Introducing a new, energetic, & fun way to burn those calories! Consists of a 45-60 minute class
of head, shoulder, & hip isolations plus choreography from an LA trained professional dancer!
BUTTS & GUTS
Burn fat quick.
15 minutes lower body workout, 15 minutes abdominal workout.
CORE-BALL
You will create great posture, balance, and muscle tone in this class.
This class also strengthens the lower back.
ENERGY
Are you looking for the all around perfect workout? Come and try
this one. Lots of cardio, step, weights, bands, all energy classes consist of segments of kickboxing. See you there!!!
PILATES
YOGA
"The
union of body, breath and mind." Focus will be on strength and flexibility through a series of poses linked together
called "VINYASA" to generate heat in the body. The warmer the body gets, the more flexible the muscles become. This
class will end with a guided relaxation segment to calm the body and mind. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE CLASS EARLY!!!
STEP
45 minutes power step/15 minutes weight bearing exercises. Toning and abs included. You are
welcome to try both or just attend one. See you there!!!
SPIN
This class is full of power-packed intervals,
aggressive hill climbs and drills to push you to your endurance edge. Intense abdominal training included.
EXTREME MUSCLE TRAINING (EMT)
Burn fat and calories using a weight bar to add intensity to your workout. All muscle groups worked throughout this
class.
TREKKING
This is the ultimate in cross-training. This class includes treadmills, bikes, steppers and awesome abs.
SUPER CIRCUIT
A
mix of cardio and strengthening activities. Try this class for the total boday workout.
PROGRESSIVE STYLE BOOT CAMP
Drill instructor Sean. Increase strength, develope endurance, progressive design keeps you challenged
giving you continued great results.
CIRCUIT LITE
Tone and strengthen your heart at the same time. This class offers lots of fun new ways to exercise.
WATERBABIES
This is a specialty class designed for parents and their
