
The pool at Fitness World West provides a great way to cross-train and add
variety to your exercise program. Water aerobics classes and lap swimming are great forms of exercise.
Fitness World West is also accredited by The Arthritis Foundation
for its aquatic program. The whirlpool, sauna and stream room will provide you a great opportunity to relax and unwind following
your workout.
Family swim is available:
Wednesdays 6 - 9 p.m.
Fridays 6 - 9 p.m.
Sat. & Sun. 12 - 3 p.m.
Waterbabies and youth swimming lessons are also available.

INDOOR TRACK
Fitness World West has a cushioned and banked rubberized indoor track that
reduces impact stress on your joints.
Enjoy long straight-aways for interval sprint training as well as overall
aerobic conditioning.
Enjoy comparable real life running using your natural stride and running
motion in a controlled environment. Don't lose valuable training time due to rain, heat, ice, or snow.
